The chardonnay in this wine was late picked to achieve an
advanced point of ripeness, the muscat was harvested early to retain crisp
acidity levels and subtle floral notes. Fresh floral aromas on the nose follow
through to the palate with notes of white peach and citrus. Well balanced with
a fresh finish. Bottled with a helix cork which acts as a `cork screw cap`.
