The colour is bright yellow with silvery tints. The nose is powerful and complex with scents of lemon and grapefruit, harmoniously balanced by notes of vanilla and honey. The first mouthfeel is soft but a crisp sensation follows rapidly. The finish is long and aromatic with notes of bitter almonds. This wine is both aromatic and structured and reminds us that Pacherencs can be great dry whites.
