About
Rene Rostaing`s "Les Lézardes" Syrah is made from old vines
adjacent to Côte-Rôtie. Full of bramble fruits on the nose, the palate is rich
and spicy, tasting of wild plums and carrying the scent of sun-baked herbs from
the steep hillsides. Chewy tannins give the wine structure and finishes long
and spicy.
