VdP Excellence red 2010 St Georges dIbry

    This is a well-established wine-farming Estate, first built around 1860.Today, Michel Cros, a dynamic winegrower manages the Estate. He is highly dynamic always seeking to improve quality. His love of the land, and passion for winemaking and traditional techniques, thanks to the highly suitable soil planted with a number of different grape varieties, have enabled him to create quality, natural wines.
    This wine is a blend of merlot, syrah and cabernet sauvignon. The Merlot offers its red flavours in the smoothness of its deep velvety structure, while the Cabernet-Sauvignon enhances the body and, with the Syrah, they both highlight the composition with hints of violets and spices.
