The Vallet family (also known as Bouree Pere et Fils) own holdings in Gevrey-Chambertin - the entire single vineyard of Clos de la Justice - Beaune Epenottes (Premier Cru) and Charmes-Chambertin (Grand Cru).
    This is a classic Pinot Noir with supple tannins, crisp acidity and delicious red berries on the palate - drink now or keep for 5-8 years to see exactly what these wines can achieve with age.
